Program Description
This messaging program sends deal-review updates, appointment confirmations, and reminder messages to wholesalers, investors, agents, and sellers who submit a request through our website or forms and explicitly opt in to SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via a dedicated checkbox on our forms. Messages may include deal-review status updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS; after that confirmation you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

Messages confirm deal status, collect property details, and answer basic questions. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not guarantee that any property will sell, that any deal will qualify for novation, or that any specific financial outcome will result from a deal review.
Submitting a form or deal for review through this site does not create a listing agreement or any obligation to proceed. Any decision to list, sell, or move forward with a proposed strategy is made directly between you, the property seller, and Novation Agent, and is documented through separate signed agreements outside of this website.
